OREANDA-NEWS. June 03, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by Penza Region’s Government to pay interest on the fifth coupon of the Government’s Series 34002 bonds, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 9.75% per annum, or 24 rubles 17 kopecks per bond. In all, a sum of 24,170,000 rubles was paid out.

The Government of Penza Region floated its three-year Series 34002 bonds on November 27, 2007, to raise 1 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as the managing underwriter of the issue.
