OREANDA-NEWS. June 02, 2010. At the meeting arranged by the Organizing Committee for the National Contest of Social Advertising ‘New Russian Space’, held in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the participants have arrived at the decision that BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT Company will perform the functions of the Contest Federal Operator for the Northwestern Federal District, reported the press-centre of Energy Consulting.

The contest organizers are the Russian Government, represented by some Federal Districts, public organizations, celebrities, educators and scientists. The objective of this contest is upbringing of the younger generation via social advertisements promoting human values such as ethics, charity, faith, friendship, concurrence, patriotism, peace-building, tolerance, and aesthetic sensitivity.

As Prof. Leonid Ivanovski, Head of the Consulting Practice in BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT says, "This contest, first of all, aimed at supporting talented people in their social creativity and facilitated breeding of a positive, civil and free-will position of a man in the fast-growing society".

BALT-AUDIT-EXPERT envisages the following phases for the project:

Installation of workflows with administrative agencies and educational institutions of the Federal District, including creation of a database with the information on stakeholders such as agencies, secondary, vocational and higher education establishments for each region of the Federal District;

Arrangements for and methodological support to the Contest, including the establishing of a methodological training center (full-time, extramural, or distance learning) for the contest organizers in the following studies: media-education, social advertisement, voluntary work, ethical upbringing, ethical and legal education etc.;

Arrangements for the work of the Federal District Jury and for Final Regional or Federal Exhibitions;

Announcement of contest’s results in the Federal District and Awarding Ceremony, as well as arrangements for the final multiagency conference of the Federal district aimed at experience exchange in all-Russian and Federal District materials and the contest statistics.
