OREANDA-NEWS. June 02, 2010. ROSNO’s Ural Directorate has concluded two cottage insurance contracts with private clients under the Citadel program. The aggregate contractual insurance amount is 53,081,000 roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The first contract provides insurance coverage of a cottage house with the total space of 428.3 sq. m., located in the Khimmash district of Yekaterinburg. The contract contemplates insurance protection of structural elements, communications and furnishing of the cottage house.

The cottage house has been insured against full set of risks: fire, lightning, explosion, aircraft impact, flood, burglary, robbery and brigandage; unlawful third-party actions, glass breakage, natural disasters, falling trees and poles, and collision with transport vehicles. Among additional risks, the contract covers the costs of cleaning up the insured area from the effects of the insured accident, costs of rescuing the insured property, and the risk "Careless third party actions in course of performance of construction works or repairs". The contractual insurance amount is 25 mln roubles.

Another insured cottage house with the total space of 564.4 sq.m. is located in the upscale cottage community in the suburb of Yekaterinburg on Chusovsky Tract in the Berezovy Klyuch area. The owner insured the house together with the garage against the same set of basic and additional risks for 28,081,000 roubles.

Both contracts have been concluded for one year and can be extended.
