OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2010. The biggest private mining and metals company of Ukraine – Metinvest – has taken the first place in TOP-100. Business Leaders of Ukraine rating, by Ukrainian Investment Newspaper publishing house conducted jointly with Credit Rating agency.

In addition to Metinvest, the top ten of Ukrainian companies includes the leading enterprises of the Group: Azovstal Iron and Steel Works, and Severniy, Ingulets and Central GOKs. Metinvest enterprises also took the leading positions in the industry ratings. In particular, mining sector – SevGOK; coal sector – Krasnodoncoal; coking and chemistry – AKKhZ; pipes – Khartsyzsk Tube Works.

TOP-100. Business Leaders of Ukraine is the outcome of a unique study of Ukrainian economy ”10 years of development”. The Study was conducted by the Ukrainian Investment Newspaper jointly with Credit Rating agency. Outcomes of the Study will be published by the exclusive "TOP-100. Business Leaders" journal, which presents more than thirty sectors of Ukrainian economy, enterprise ratings by key indicators, and most dynamic companies of the decade.
