OREANDA-NEWS. May 31, 2010. Sviaz-Bank is to make a loan to NESK Electrical OJSC in the form of a credit line with a debt limit of 500 million rubles to be drawn down over 36 month to increase the company’s working capital. Sviaz-Bank won the loan contract in a public auction, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The Bank is interested in offering comprehensive services to NESK Electrical Networks OJSC and NESK OJSC and developing long-term mutually beneficial relations of partnership with the two companies.

NESK Electrical Networks is a 100% subsidiary of the Independent Power Distributing Company in Krasnodar Territory (NESK OJSC) and was organized on December 29, 2007. The company supplies electric power and provides maintenance services to electric power networks in24 branches over Krasnodar Territory.
