OREANDA-NEWS. May 28, 2010. A delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan led by Faruh Hamraliev, Minister of Economic Development and Trade is on a visit to Ashgabat.

The Tajik government delegation held the bilateral talks with the Government of Turkmenistan and at the sectoral ministries and departments to discuss the ways to foster trade and economic cooperation between the two countries in accordance with the agreements and in the light of new prospects. The talks spotlighted an intense interest of the Tajik partners in enhancing and expanding mutually advantageous contacts with Turkmenistan in a wide spectrum of fields.

Reaffirming the mutual readiness to enhance Turkmen-Tajik cooperation, the sides called for strengthening and expanding fruitful business contacts.
