OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2010. Pervaia Gruzovaya Co. (Freight One Company) of Russia is to create a car fleet in Ukraine by 2015 in the total amount of 26 railcars to provide local and international transportation services on the territory of Ukraine. According to its plans, the Company is going to purchase 1,000 gondola cars and 150 tanks in 2010, then 5,000 units in 2011, and 10,000 – 20,000 units in 2012-2015.
