The net profit of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company in Y2010 QI is KZT260,670 th. against the loss in the size of KZT3,981,626 th. for the similar Y2009 period.

The gross revenue in the reporting period is KZT2,746,739 th.

Assets as of April 1, 2010 made up KZT102,210,104 th. and if compared with the end of 2009 decreased by 0.2%.                                            

The authorized capital remains KZT28,932,661 th.

In the first quarter of 2010 the Company repaid bonds Вsecond issue within the bond program to the total amount of KZT5 bn. in the fist quarter of 2010 the Company paid the coupon interest on bonds in the amount of KZT585 m.
