OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2010. To prevent unreasonable interference with entrepreneurial activities, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) would like to consider petitions from economic entities regarding the facts of unlawful collection of payment when they approached the government bodies to obtain various authorization documents as part of public service provided by the government bodies, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

In accordance with No.984 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2nd December 2009, federal executive bodies, providing public services (actions specified by the federal laws to grant title certificates or other documents, including licenses, authorizations, certificates, extracts, etc.) cannot request individuals and organizations to seek paid services that are not included in the list approved by the Decree.

All interested persons can forward relevant information to the FAS Russia's Department of Administrative Reform and Control over Paid Public Services.
