Darkhan Kaliev was elected a chairman of the company according to decision of the Board of directors of Leasing company Astana-Finance May 20, 2010.

Zhanar Niyazbekova, former management board chairman, was elected deputy chairman of the management board beginning May 20, 2010.

Darkhan Kaliev is a former executive director of BTA Bank. Earlier he worked in the State committee for foreign investment, the Ministry of Agriculture and as a manager of Kazagromarketing.
