OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2010. According to the resolution of the General Meeting of Members of Allianz Ukraine Ins. Co., the authorized capital of the Insurance Company was increased by UAH 34.5 million. Thus, the current authorized capital of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. is UAH 143,041,296.14.

The Company’s authorized capital has increased from UAH 108,541,296.14 to UAH 143,041,296.14 (31.79% increase).

Such increase of the authorized capital has become the first in the current year. This confirms intentions of the shareholders in the capital of Allianz Ukraine Ins.Co. to maintain the high level of solvency and reliability of the company in the Ukrainian market.
