OREANDA-NEWS. May 25, 2010. JSC BTA Bank (the “Bank”) has made available on its website (www.bta.kz/en/investor) an updated version of the Claim Form which must be completed by creditors who wish to make a claim as part of the Bank’s Restructuring Plan (“Claimants”).

The updated version of the Claim Form replaces the versions of the form which have previously been made available on the Bank’s website and the version which was included in the Information Memorandum dated 1 May 2010.

Claimants who have already submitted a Claim Form do not need to submit a new Claim Form.

Claimants who have yet to submit a Claim Form should download and complete the updated version of the Claim Form from the Bank’s website and should follow the instructions as specified on the front of the form. Claimants should submit the Claim Form initially by email or fax by 19 May 2010 (the “Claims Submission Date”), with the original Claim Form to be received by the Bank no later than 26 May 2010. Claimants are also required to submit a Form of Proxy, which is available for download on the Bank’s website. The Form of Proxy should also be submitted with the Claim Form by the Claims Submission Date.
