Kazakhstan Kagazy (Almaty Region), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that the Company Kagazy Recycling, the largest producer of paper, cardboard and packing materials in Central Asia announced its operations restructuring, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Three months ago the company invited the company Аlix Partrners, the leading international consultant on the operational management and restructuring, for cooperation. Experienced specialists of paper production from the Great Britain and Germany helped the company to develop initiatives aimed at restructuring of sales system in favor of solvent clients, efficiency growth of work and production lines and reduction of costs for raw materials. The company is confident that these steps will help to increase the profit and reduce costs. The management plans 40% growth of EBITDA till the end of 2010.
