OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2010. The General Meeting of Shareholders of OJSC UniCredit Bank was held and the following decisions were taken:

Mr.J.K.Bielecki was dismissed on his initiative from his function as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank and as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Mrs. Alicja Kornasiewicz, CEO of Bank Pekao S.A (Poland, Warsaw)  was appointed as new Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Marco Iannaccone was appointed as new member of the Supervisory Board.

So, currently, the structure of Supervisory Board of OJSC UniCredit Bank includes: Mrs. Alicja Kornasiewicz – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Luigi Lovaglio – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Antoni Magdon, Gzhegozh Pivovar, Malgorzata Stanchyk, Marco Iannaccone - a Members of Supervisory Board.
