OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2010. ROSNO’s Astrakhan branch has been named winner of an open tender for the right to provide voluntary motor insurance coverage (MOD) for the transport vehicles owned by FGU "Federal Centre for Cardiovascular Surgery by the RF Ministry for Healthcare and Social Development", reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Following the results of the tender, the medical institution concluded a public contract for insurance coverage of 6 vehicles, including two emergency vehicles fitted with the latest equipment — the so-called "mobile surgery rooms". The transport vehicles have been covered by insurance protection against theft, damage and fire.

The aggregate insurance amount is 5,201,069 roubles. The insurance period is 1 year.

Along with ROSNO, two other insurers had participated in the tender.
