OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2010. In April 2010, stability of dynamics of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts was observed at the land market and activity of this segment of market changed negatively as compared to the previous month.

Public association Real Estate Market Participants informsed, that portfolio of supply for 800.1 hectares at the land market included, for the most part, unused land (77.6%) as during previous several months.

Last month the market observed fall in average prices. In Baku price per one hundred square meters of land declined by 1.2% and made USD 14,265 (USD 14,436 in March2010). The strongest decline in prices was observed in Yasamal district (0.6%),” it was informed.
