OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2010. In the framework of buying its bonds, series 02, the Company bought 3.5 % of the total issue size (247 338 bonds), at 107.81% of par value in the amount of 266 655 097 Rubles. Contemporaneously the Company paid accumulated coupon interest to bondholders at the current date in amount 8 033 538 Rubles, reported the press-centre of Seventh Continent.
 
Thus the Company has fully paid its obligations under the public offer dated 18 May 2010.
 
Two irrevocable offers to buy its bonds, series 02, were set on October 15, 2009 and May 18, 2010.
