Port Saint-Petersburg Approved Project of Reconstruction
OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2010. With a view of realization of the subprogram “Marine Transport” of the federal target program “Development of the Transport System of Russia (Years 2010 – 2015)”, by the order of Federal Agency for Marine and River Transport of the Russian Federation from 12.03.2010 № AD-34-r project of reconstruction of the following objects of federal property in The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg was approved: moorings № 12, 13, 14, bank protection of the head of Neva gates and Gutuevsky Bay, reported the press-centre of Rosmorport.
The project obtained positive conclusion of the state expertise.
The reconstruction of the specified objects has the purpose to increase the cargo processing throughput of moorings and level of navigation safety in the water areas of The Greater Port Saint-Petersburg.
At the same time it is necessary to notice that within the limits of measures on budgetary expenses reduction financing of the given project is temporarily postponed because of redistribution of budgetary funds in favor of more priority projects included in the federal target program “Development of the Transport System of Russia (Years 2010 – 2015)”. Thereupon the beginning of reconstruction of the above-stated objects of port infrastructure, earlier planned for 2010, is postponed.
