OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2010. OOO SMU Nova-Stroy (a subsidiary of LSR Group in Yekaterinburg) has won an open auction held by the Urals Department of the Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Russia to be entitled to enter into a governmental contract to perform construction and assembling works for residential building construction in Tyumen. The total value of the governmental contract amounted to RUR 110,391,980, reported the press-centre of LSR Group.

As a general contractor SMU Nova-Stroy will build a nine-storey residential building for 72 flats. The total area of the project is 3.5 thousand square meters.

According to the auction terms, the project is to be completed within 8 months since the date the building permission will be provided.

The new residential building will be constructed using reinforced-concrete items produced by OJSC Betfor Reinforced Concrete Plant (a subsidiary of LSR Group in Yekaterinburg) which will also assemble reinforced-concrete items on the construction site.
