OREANDA-NEWS. On May 28 this year, Chisinau City Hall organizes purchase-sale land auction and the auction for obtaining the right to conclude an agreement of renting sites in Chisinau municipality.

Overall, 15 sites will be put up at the auction. The initial selling price varies from 50 up to 600 thousand leis. Both individuals and legal entities from Moldova as well as foreign investors are invited to participate.

According to current legislation, to participate in the auction one shall meet several conditions: to present not later than 24 hours prior to the auction the registration certificate, an extract from the State register of the state enterprises and organizations (for legal entities); a power of attorney for the right to conduct purchase-sale transactions and right for the rent, a copy of the identity card and an accompanying sheet as well as the bank document confirming the payment of an advance of 10% of the initial price.
