OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2010. The experts of Building magazine assigned Sonyachna Brama residential and office complex 5 stars after the project scored 41 points in the expertise.

Expert appraisement was based on the following, crucial for a buyer, criteria: experience of the developer, price change outlook, transport accessibility, distance to main roads, consumer characteristics of the construction project, i.e. architectural solutions, internal infrastructure, quality of building materials, convenience of project design, landscaping of the territory and public areas.

The expert council included managers of developer, investment and consulting companies. Upon verification the magazine assigns a project "Building quality mark" and 1 to 5 stars depending on the scored points.

Sonyachna Brama residential and office complex scored the highest number of points in Internal Infrastructure category - a concept of "city within a city" is developed the complex.

Currently as part of the first stage construction the following works are in progress: glazing works, horizontal electrical wiring layout (overhead lighting in apartments), internal finishing works – floor underlayment, gypsum plastering of the walls. Brick laying works of the supermarket premises are approaching completion.

Residential and office complex Sonyachna Brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova st, Kyiv, is the largest TMM Company's project under construction in which TMM realizes a "city within a city" concept. The complex includes 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office blocks. The total area of the complex is 234 thousand sq m.  The completion of the four stages is scheduled for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively.
