OREANDA-NEWS. May 20, 2010. Karsten Sieber will assume the responsibilities of the Deputy Head of the Board of PJSC "BANK FORUM", according to the decision of PJSC "BANK FORUM" Supervisory Board Meeting and the State Employment Office permission, reported the press-centre of Bank Forum.

Mr. Sieber will supervise Transformation project – the key project aimed to provide fast development of Bank Forum, increase its market share and competitiveness. Mr. Sieber will be also in charge of Bank Forum Integration project, which covers almost all Bank activities, including business lines (Corporate, Individual, and Markets), Risk Management and Back Office functions.

Karsten Sieber, 46 years old, has worked for Commerzbank since 2004, after being with HypoVereinsbank for several years. He took over leading positions at Commerzbank. He is the head of Cash Management and International Business since April 2008.

His signatory authority Mr. Sieber will be granted upon approval of his position by the National Bank of Ukraine.
