The Prime Minister of the Government of Russia was interested in how the Government resolutions connected with simplification of grid connection procedures of small and medium business were being performed.

Nikolay Shvets emphasized that 190-thousand collective of IDGC Holding which was functioning in 69 regions of the Russian Federation had completed the Autumn-and-Winter period of 2009-2010 successfully. The Investment program for 2010 is planned in the amount of 89 bln Rubles. The General Director of IDGC Holding thanked the Government and Ministry of Energy for support in transfer of all regions of Russia to a new RAB tariff regulation method since January 1, 2011.
