OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2010. The construction of a new highway within the third ring road of Moscow designed to link Zvenigorodskoe Highway and Moscow City international business centre will be completed in two months.

 “There is little time left till drivers will be able to go on the highway. The construction comes to an end,” said Aleksandr Levchenko, head of the Department of Road and Bridge Engineering of Moscow.

According to the official, the funding allocated by city authorities to be spent on developing the road network of Moscow in 2010 will mostly be used to complete the facilities already under construction.
