OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2010. Belarusian companies subordinate to Belgospischeprom concern increased output 15.8% on the year in the first quarter to 1.113 trillion Belarusian rubles (Br), chairman of the concern Ivan Danchenko told reporters.

Consumer gods output rose 18.7% to 1.131 trillion rubles.

Return on sale amounted to 18.2% in the first quarter.

Sale proceeds reached 1.524 trillion rubles, up 39.6% on the year, and profit increased 75.5% to 162.3 billion rubles. Net profit rose 210% to 89 billion rubles.

Exports rose 140% on the year to USD 125 million.
