OREANDA-NEWS. May 18, 2010. TNK-BP's Orenburg-based subsidiaries paid more than 18.3 bln roubles in taxes for January-April 2010 at all budget levels – 57% more than the amount paid for the same period last year, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP.

According to Tatiana Timonina, head of the financial and economic section at the TNK-BP Orenburg branch, the Orenburg oblast's consolidated budget was augmented by 2.9 bln roubles received from TNK-BP, which accounted for 39% of the annual amount scheduled in the 2010 Cooperation Agreement with the oblast Government.

During the four months in 2010 more than 15.4 bln roubles have been paid by TNK-BP's Orenburg-based subsidiaries into the federal budget - double the amount for the same period last year.
