OREANDA-NEWS. With effect from May 17, 2010 DCC introduces a morning shift of account managers. Since May 17, our clients can address all their questions to the duty manager from 9 a.m. We hope that the introduction of the morning shift will help us provide prompter assistance to our clients, and accept and execute the clients' instructions more efficiently.

Another reason for DCC to introduce the morning shift was that RTS stock exchange trades start at 10 a.m. Moscow time with effect from May 2010, while they used to start at 10:30 a.m. In this connection DCC found it important to start work an hour earlier to ensure prompter and more efficient execution of operations.

In the morning you can reach the account manager at the same telephone numbers as in the afternoon and in the evening.
