Nikia- Eurasia Head Victor Saeijs notes that his company monitors development of telecommunications industry in Russia and plans to take recommendations of the Russian Government into account.

Nokia’s special program FRUCT (Finnish Russian Universities Cooperation in Telecommunications) implies contacts with Russian Universities. The company looks for talented students and invest them. More than 100 young engineers and scientists are already involved in the program.
