OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. A residential community is to be developed in neighbourhood 11 of Western Degunino Township and production area 46 on 15 Bazovskaya Street located within Moscow’s northern district by 2017.

According to a source from City Hall, the development will be divided into two stages.

The first stage scheduled to run till 2011 foresees the elaboration of a layout of the area (bounded by Korovinskoe Highway, Bazovskaya and Vesennyaya streets, Proektiruemy Proezd 4370, the Saint Petersburg line of the Moscow Railways and functional zones 15, 16), the moving of residents to new apartments as well as the relocation of tenants and owners of the structures to be demolished.

The second stage set to start in 2012 will include the designing and development of dwelling houses, civil engineering and transport infrastructures as well as social amenities at the expense of Moscow’s budget funds.

Besides, during stage two it is planned to hold auctions for the right to build commercial premises on the sites within the area under development.
