OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. Ukrsotsbank is disproving information on raider attack with involvement of law enforcement agencies released by Retailing Company “RK Evrotek” CJSC.

Ukrsotsbank is disproving information on raider attack with involvement of law enforcement agencies, set out by “RK Evrotek” CJSC in the Company’s Press Release, as Press Service of the Bank reported.

Presently Ukrsotbank, after issuing a credit to “Intermarket” Distribution Network owned by “Evrotek”, is intending to receive via verdict of the court the mortgaged property which was granted to secure the loan.

The Bank insists on strict observance of Ukrainian legislation.

The Bank is asserting its legal creditor rights for the mortgage. This action has nothing in common with the raider attack.

In the event that “RK Evrotek” CJSC continues releasing the false information damaging thereby the image of Ukrsotsbank, the bank will take the matter to court to protect its business reputation.
