In the course of the Board of Directors meeting the new composition of the Board of "Astana - Finance" JSC has been approved to the number of 3 persons:

- Mr. Erlan Shakibayev elected to the position of Chairman of the Board of "Astana - Finance" JSC

- Mr. Erlan Manatayev elected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board - member of the Board

- Mr. Almas Omarkhanov elected to the position of Managing Director - member of the Board

Besides, the powers of Mr. Nurtaza Baytenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Member of the Board of "Astana - Finance" JSC, and Mr. Azamat Takenov, Deputy Chairman of the Board - Member of the Board of "Astana - Finance" JSC, have been early terminated.

"The new composition of the Board of the company incorporates people possessing profound experience in finance management and we expect their experience to give a new impetus to the development of "Astana - Finance" - Mr. Kintal Islamov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Astana - Finance" JSC, commented on new appointments.
