OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. MEGABANK, PJSC timely and fully paid the coupon “F” series, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

The basic conditions for the bond issue "F" series are:

- amount sum of bond issue –100 millions UAH;

- nominal value of one bond – 1000 UAH;

- term of bonds – 1 096 calendar days, from February 4, 2008 to February 4, 2011.

The independent rating agency “Credit-Rating” conferred the long-term credit rating “uaA” on the interest bonds issue (series E-F) of MEGABANK, PJSC in the amount of USD200 millions, 3 years maturity; the credit rating outlook is "stable".
