OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. Walter Steinmann, the director of the Swiss Federal Office of Energy, stated that SOCAR president Rovnag Abdullayev claimed of his Company’s interest to investments in oil refining in Switzerland.

“I hope that for the next few months the issues with ecological aspects of this project will be resolved and SOCAR will be able to make its investments,” Steinmann said.

He meant standard environment impact assessment under ecological aspects.
