OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. Consumer loan rates for all purposes have been decreased by 3 points – down to 20% per annum for all currencies, reported the press-centre of BSGV.
 
Apart from that, the bank offers special programs to employees of partner companies, which allows lowering consumer rates by 3% more, down to 17% in rubles per annum. 
 
BSGV grants consumer loans for the amount up to 300 000 rubles or 10 000 US dollars / euros for the term of 1-3 years.
