OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2010. OJSC Nordea Bank (the ‘Bank’) and the City Administration of Samara have signed a loan facility agreement, reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The aggregate principal amount of the loan facility is equal to RUB 300 million.

The loan facility agreement was signed after the Bank had won an open tender. The tender was held by the Department of Finance of the City Administration of Samara on 23 April 2010.

The Bank has won lots 1, 2 and 3 and has the right to enter into three revolving loan facility agreements in the principal amount of RUB 100 million each.

The purpose of the loan facilities is refinancing of budget deficit of the City Administration of Samara over the period from May 2010 till May 2011.
