OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2010. On May 4, 2010 the meeting of the Board of Directors of IDGC of Centre was held. Convening of the annual General meeting of shareholders was the primary item of the agenda. The Board of Directors took the decision to convene the annual General meeting of shareholders in the form of meeting (joint presence) on June 22, 2010.

 List of persons entitled to participate in the annual General meeting of shareholders of the Company will be drawn up as of May 12, 2010.

The Board of Directors recommended the General meeting of shareholders not to pay out dividends on ordinary shares of the Company following the results of 2009. Besides, the Annual report and annual accounting statements of IDGC of Centre for 2009 were preliminarily approved at the meeting.
