According to the Real Estate Agency “Lara”, the cost of 1 square meter in 1-room apartments in Botanica ranged from 639 euros (Airport) to 773 euros, in Buicani- 719-756 euros; in the Center - 751 euros (Telecenter) - 880 euros, in Ciocana - 707 euros (Otovaska) - 729 euros, Riscanovca - 712 (Staraya Pochta) - 759 euros (Albisoara).

The price of 2-room apartments in Botanica makes 598-711 euros per 1 square meter, in Buicani- 707-718 euros; in the Center- 728-795 euros, in Ciocana- 659-709 euros, and 688-748 euros in Riscanovca.

The cost of 1 square meter in 3-room apartments in Botanica is 542-638 euros, in Buicani- 604-621 euros; in the Center - 625-686 euros, in Ciocana- 580-658 euros and 615-658 euros in Riscanovca. 1 square meter in 4-room apartments cost 492-575 euros in Botanica; 561-575 euros – in Buicani; 558-615 euros - in the Center; 522-581 euros- in Ciocana and 575-597 euros – in Riscanovca.
