OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2010. Kuptsov Sergey has been appointed Deputy General Director of I.T. Co. Sergey will be responsible for the strategy development of business with the public sector, as well as for IT solutions for public authorities.

In 1990 Mr. Kuptsov graduated from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys and in 1999 he completed studies in Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics. For more than 15 years Sergey Kuptsov is been involved in the IT industry, typically in management positions. During recent years he worked as Deputy General Director in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Voskhod”.

In I.T. Co. Sergey Kuptsov will be responsible for strategy and business development of work with the public sector as well as for solution development for public authorities, focusing on regional sales, technology unification and interaction with partners.
