OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2010. AMT BANK LLC (former LLS “BTA Bank”) would like to inform you that LBR Intertrade Limited and AgroService Limited, pursuant to the rulings of the Court of Arbitration of the Smolenskaya Region dated April 6 and 5 accordingly, were recognized bankrupts under the streamlined proceedings as debtors being liquidated, and bankruptcy proceedings were initiated, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.
 
AMT BANK LLC (former LLS “BTA Bank”) is a bankruptcy-proceedings lender of LBR Intertrade Limited and AgroService Limited. Subject to Agreement No IMP00/08/276/AC/03 of pledge of goods to be purchased in the future as a result of delivery (purchase and sale) dated July 29, 2009 and subject to Goods in Turnover Pledge Agreement No IMP00/08/276/AC/04 dated July 29, 2009, entered into between AgroService Limited and AMT BANK LLC, and subject to Agreement No IMP00/08/276/AC/05 of pledge of goods to be purchased in the future as a result of delivery (purchase and sale) dated July 29, 2009, entered into between LBR Intertrade and AMT BANK LLC, the below equipment was pledged to AMT BANK LLC to secure performance of obligations as to repayment of funds.
 
AMT BANK LLC became aware that LBR Intertrade Limited and AgroService Limited, in breach of the law, are selling the pledged equipment on behalf of LBR Agromarket Limited.
 
We would like to notify you that AMT BANK LLC will have to challenge transactions entered into during the period of liquidation and bankruptcy of the above companies, as well as to file actions of enforcement of the subject of pledge towards purchasers.
 
To exclude the possibility of purchasing the challenged property, please, be notified of the numbers of the equipment pledged to AMT BANK LLC.
