Russia and Ukraine to Integrate Transport Systems
OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2010. Russia and Ukraine have agreed to build an integrated transport system, to cooperate in enhancing the safety of the water-based, railway, automobile and air transport, Russia’s Transport Minister Igor Levitin told reporters in Briansk south of Moscow.
His Ukrainian counterpart Konstantin Yefimenko, said a package of agreements, including on ship navigation in the Sea of Azov and the Black Sea, and the construction of a Moscow-Vienna railway via Ukraine, were being prepared.
