OREANDA-NEWS. May 5, 2010. Rostelecom (RTS, MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP; OTCQX: ROSYY)  today announced the decision of the Company’s Board of Directors on convocation of the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting upon the results of 2009.

The Board set the date for Rostelecom’s Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (hereinafter – AGM) as June 26, 2010. The AGM will be held at the Company’s Bekasovo Training Center (Moscow region, Naro-Fominsk district).

Shareholders as of record on May 7, 2010, will be entitled to participate in the AGM.
