JSC SITRONICS (SITRONICS or the “Group”) (LSE: SITR), a leading provider of telecommunications, information technology and microelectronic solutions in Russia and the CIS, with a growing presence in other EEMEA emerging markets, announced that the Board of Directors has set a date for the Annual General Meeting of SITRONICS’ Shareholders (“AGM”) for June 28, 2010.

The AGM will take place at 4.00 pm Moscow time at the following address: 39/5, 3-ya Tverskaya-Yamskaya St., Bld. 1, Moscow, 125047, Russia.

Shareholders registered at the record date of May 14, 2010 will be eligible to participate and vote at the meeting.

In addition, the Board of Directors decided that Agenda will be approved no later than May 28, 2010.
