OREANDA-NEWS. May 5, 2010. TransCreditBank successfully placed 06 Series RUB bond issue at MICEX Stock Exchange through an open subscription.

The issue totals RUB 4 billion and has a 4-year tenor. The 1st coupon rate was set at 8.25 percent per annum, payable semiannually. This equates to YTM of 8.42 percent per annum. Rates of the 2-8 coupons are set equal to the 1st coupon rate.

Proceeds from the placement will be used to refinance medium-term projects of the bank’s clients.
