OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2010. ROSNO’s Krasnodar branch has paid an owner of the vehicle damaged in a traffic accident the MOD insurance compensation in the amount of 1,326,816, roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insured accident occurred in the stanitsa Poltavskaya, Krasnodar Kraj, where the insurant lived. Moving along Tsentralnaya Street to exit the stanitsa, the BMW 520 I collided with Chevrolet Lanos at the intersection. The Chevrolet was moving on an auxiliary road and failed to give way in contravention of the traffic rules. As a result of this traffic accident, both vehicles were seriously damaged. After completion of the damage assessment procedures, ROSNO recognized constructive loss of the BMW and paid insurance compensation to the owner.

The BMW 520 I, manufactured in 2009, had been insured with ROSNO under the voluntary vehicle insurance contract (MOD) against theft, damage and fire in September 2009.
