OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2010. Depository Clearing Company (DCC) herewith informs its Participants that securities of the following issuers were added to the Special Fee Schedule applied for interdepository links between DCC and correspondent depositories based on the speedy settlement scheme:
OAO Nizhnekamskshina;
OAO Uralredmet.

The aforementioned addition of OAO Nizhnekamskshina is due to the shift of its share register to OOO Eurasian Registrar whose Kazan branch is the nearest to Moscow.

OAO Uralredmet was added to the Special Fee Schedule because the registrar that maintained its register of shareholders, OAO Registrator-Capital, located in Ekaterinburg closed its Moscow branch.

Please be also advised that the city was changed for OAO Rudgormash because there appeared a possibility to submit documents in the branch located in Tula (while before they were submitted to the registrar located in Orel).

Please check if the issuer is included in the Special Fee Schedule before you submit an instruction to DCC to estimate the cost of executing the instruction beforehand.
