OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2010. Sibirtelecom OJSC summed up the results of the tender for the right to enter into a contract for the compulsory audit of accounting (financial) statements of Sibirtelecom OJSC prepared in accordance with the Russian Accounting Standards and for the audit of consolidated financial statements of Sibirtelecom OJSC prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards for 2010.   Ernst & Young LLC won the tender.

The winner was announced by the tender committee based on the evaluation of technical and financial offers submitted by the tender participants.

The contract with Ernst & Young LLC for the compulsory audit of accounting (financial) statements of Sibirtelecom OJSC and for the audit of consolidated financial statements of Sibirtelecom OJSC may be concluded after the tender winner is approved as auditor of Sibirtelecom OJSC at a General meeting of shareholders to be held in June 2010.
