Kazakhtelecom Technically Supports Eurasian Media Forum
OREANDA-NEWS. April 30, 2010. IX Eurasian Media Forum starts in Almaty. Kazakhtelecom JSC, the largest telecommunication company technically supports this international project, the press-centre of Kazakhtelecom reported.
Today, Eurasian Media Forum that became traditional is real platform for open and effective dialogue of politics, journalists, scientists and experts on world problems of Mass Media development and influence.
Forum is officially registered in Kazakhstan in 2001 as non-commercial non-government organization Fund “Eurasian Media Forum”. The fund has representatives in Moscow, London and Hong Kong. Over 500 delegates from 60 countries participated in the forum the previous years.
Some actual problems of world and regional scope including discussing Kazakhstan chair in OSCE; peculiarities of Iran political culture and its role on Middle East; problems of media legislation and Mass Media freedom; expansion of fear pandemia though Mass Media; development of social networks and problems of “off-line” journalistic; issues of ethics and political image etc. are planned to be discussed on the conference.
