OREANDA-NEWS. April 28, 2010. The information on results of placement of the ninth issue of shares in a total nominal value of 488 334 700,00 (four hundred eighty eight million three hundred thirty four thousand seven hundred) Hryvnias was input into the register system of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" registered securities holders, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

In this connection:

 - the shares package of the private limited liability company "Fintest Holding LTD." (Kallipoleos & Damaskinou,1 VIOLARIS COURT, 3rd floor, Flat/Office 302, P.C. 1070, Nicosia, Cyprus) has increased and amounts to 82 925 230 pieces of voting shares (45,11% of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" charter capital);

 - the shares package of the joint-stock limited liability company "Homertron Trading LTD." (Third floor, Ulysses House, Foley St., Dublin 1, Ireland) has not changed and amounts to 45 905 100 pieces of voting shares (24,97 % of the PJSC "Kreditprombank" charter capital).
Papounidis Konstantinos holds directly and indirectly 74,99 % of the Bank’s charter capital.
