OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2010. The department of the municipal services of city of Krasnoyarsk has agreed the schedule of halts of heat resources and heat systems of JSC “Enisejskaya TGC (TGC-13)” to make the scheduled repair works in the non-heating season of 2010.

In the summer period the scheduled repair works with the hot water supply switching off are made annually at heat grids and thermal power plants of Enisejskaya TGC. Owing to the technological peculiarities of thermal power plants, making of some types of repair works is impossible without switching off the main equipment of the station. Such works are troubleshooting of metal at heat grids, the repairs of the primary fittings, delivery water heaters, and main-line pumps. As chief engineer of JSC “Enisejskaya TGC (TGC-13)” Sergey Tsarev explains, the hot water supply switching off is a necessary arrangement for the thorough preparation to the heating season. For the period of TPP halts beside the works which can’t be made without a halt of equipment the following works are planned: the repair and change of shutoff and control valves, repair of tubing assembly of various applications, clearing, inspection and repair of gas flues of chimneys, the maintenance and repair of electrical machinery.

Pursuant to the schedule agreed with the administration of Krasnoyarsk, the scheduled halt of Krasnoyarsk TPP constituting JSC “Enisejskaya TGC (TGC-13)” will be made by the following schedule:

The putting into operation of the thermal power plant after a halt means the launch of heating equipment and the start of arrangements by filling of main heat networks with hot water.

Besides that since May 17 till September 15 of 2010 two electric boiler houses of branch “Krasnoyarskaya heating network” of JSC “Enisejskaya TGC (TGC-13)” will be closed for the scheduled repair: electric boiler houses “Levoberezhnaya” and “Zelenaya”. The schedule of halt of other electric boiler houses of branch “Krasnoyarskaya heating network” is being specified. The consumers will be provided with hot water by municipal thermal power plants for the halt period of the electric boiler houses.
