OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2010. Otar L. Margania, a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Vozrozhdenie, has increased his share in the Bank’s authorized capital from 9.39% to 18.65% as he notified the Board of Directors. These shares were purchased on the secondary stock market. Change of ownership was registered on April 20, 2010, reported the press-centre of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

Otar L. Margania was born in 1959. He graduated from Leningrad State University in 1985 and devoted 15 years to science.

Otar Leontievich has been a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors as an independent director for more than 5 years and since 2008 a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie HR and Remunerations Committee.
